Today I had a meeting with my Personal Project advisor, Mrs Knox. We discussed how my project would work out and how I plan to run the tournament keeping in mind that fair play and respect on the field are the two key concepts of hosting the World Cup. I decided to scrap the making of a video and replace this by taking pictures of the event, these pictures will be mainly for the presentation in April. I will start my research after the fall trip and need to print of my materials for my research. I want to print of questionnaires, surveys and interviews. I hope to get results by end September, this along with my research from books, magazines and internet should be sufficient. We agreed that fair play and respect on the field are the major ideas of my project. For my tournament I need to decide how I will get my opinion across to the other about fair play. Firstly I will need to do research which will decide how and what I will teach other students. The most likely form which I will get my point across will be through a speech and my opinion on paper. Then I want to question the opinions of others through a questionnaire I want to compare results and try to find out why sometimes people show no respect on the field, I plan to find this out by asking the opinions of people about what they believe is fair, by doing this i can find out what people think is acceptable and what isn't.
