Format of questionnaire and interview.

My questionnaire should be simple, efficient and easy to understand so I can get information of a lot of people the main questions I plan to ask are:

Questionnaire

1)Have or do you played any sports?
A: Yes.
B: No.

2)What would you do if you saw someone play unfair?
A: Do nothing.
B: Tell someone.
C: Play unfair and unsportsmanlike because the other team/person is doing it.

3)Do you think sportsmanship and good teamwork should be rewarded?
A: Yes.
B: No.

4)Have you ever played unfair or shown unsportsmanlike behavior?
A: Never
B: Once or twice
C: Sometimes.
D: Often.

5)Do you think the game and results is more important than teamwork and sportsmanship?
A: Results and game are more important.
B: Teamwork and Sportsmanship.

Interview

If you were in charge of sports what would you do to stop cheating and unsportsmanlike behavior or wouldn't you stop it?

What kind of personality/traits do you think many people who don't play by the rules have in common? Do you have any ideas why you think these people would do these things?

Have you ever played unfair and not by the rules? If yes why?

Do you play with your emotion of the field or whenever you play a competitive sport? If so, Why?
